About Refold
Refold AI is the agentic integration platform for agents and the engineering, product, and PS teams at modern SaaS companies that need to ship custom enterprise connectors at scale. We're reimagining integrations with AI agents that work like business consultants and integration engineers, building them 10x faster, in hours instead of days.
We've grown rapidly, reaching seven-figure ARR and 30+ paying customers, from Incorta, Kantata, and Coupa to Highradius, Naehas, and OvationCXM. Refold AI has raised $6.5M from Eniac Ventures (early investors in Airbnb & Uber), Tidal Ventures, and Better Capital.
About this role
Great events are won in the spreadsheet, not on the show floor. Our GTM team is on the road in the US every month: conferences, dinners, customer meetups. Every one of them needs a booth that shows up on time, a vendor that got paid, a guest list that is actually confirmed, and a calendar full of meetings before the plane lands. You will be the person who makes all of that happen from India, and then help fill the calendar yourself.
What you'll do
- Run the back office for every field event: venue and vendor sourcing, contracts, budgets, invoices, booth and swag logistics, shipping, and on-the-day run sheets.
- Own the pre-event and post-event motion: attendee lists, invites, confirmations, follow-up sequences, and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Book meetings. Research the attendee list, run outbound (email, LinkedIn, phone) to target accounts, and land 10 to 15 qualified meetings for each event our team attends.
- Keep one source of truth for the events calendar, spend vs budget, and meetings booked vs target.
- Coordinate across US time zones with Sales and Marketing, and with partners and sponsors.
- Report what worked: cost per meeting, pipeline sourced, and what to cut next time.
What we're looking for
- 0 to 2 years in field marketing, event operations, or marketing ops at a B2B SaaS company. You have shipped at least 5 events end to end and can describe what broke.
- Operator's discipline. You track every vendor, deadline, and dollar, and nothing falls through.
- Outbound instinct. You have booked meetings before (BDR, SDR, or event outreach), you are comfortable on the phone, and a no does not slow you down.
- Clear written English and the ability to work 3 to 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific time.
Bonus points
- Experience supporting a US sales team from India.
- Hands-on with HubSpot sequences, Apollo or similar, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
